Online Classes & One-to-Ones
I hope you are managing to keep well during this very surreal time.
In lieu of not being able to teach in my studio or take any in person group classes due to Government restrictions, I thought I’d let you know I am going to be teaching online classes and 1-2-1 sessions until we can resume physical lessons.
For the one-to-ones it’s pretty straightforward, all you need is a good WiFi connection, FaceTime if you have an iPhone or Skype either downloaded as an app on your phone or you can log in on your computer. You’ll need a quiet corner, enough space to put a mat and that’s it.
For the group classes you’ll need to download Zoom - https://zoom.us/ and create an account and after that I can send you all the details. Our first online class will happen on Friday 27th March at 9.30-10.30am.

Don’t worry if you’d rather not buy anything, carpeted floor is fine and all the equipment can be improvised with rolled up towels and pillows.
