Tips for how to sleep better at night



I’m a big fan of reading and real, physical books. No criticism towards Kindles or any other device, they’re amazing, but I read books as a way of winding down for sleep.


My sleep in recent years has been a bit hit and miss, switching to reading a real book and avoiding using electronics close to bedtime is definitely helping.


My phone goes on sleep mode and I try not to look at it at least an hour before bed.


I’ve even started using a little battery operated alarm clock so I don’t check the time on my phone during the night if I wake up.
