Grounded in science but with a holistic approach to the whole person, each session includes intuitive, hands-on techniques, exercises and lifestyle suggestions to maximise your healing and progress.

Using a unique blend of neurocentric manual muscle testing, functional anatomy assessments, trigger point massage, Pilates, corrective exercise and breathing techniques as well as practical suggestions for lifestyle adjustments, I will help you find balance, restore function and well-being within your body.

  • Whole body analysis using manual muscle testing, functional anatomy assessment screens and trigger point massage

  • Personalised movement and lifestyle programme, tailored to your needs

  • Sessions to be taken within 1 month

Well-Being Programme - £300:

  • 1 x 90 minute initial session

  • 3 x 60 minute sessions

  • In depth in-take and discussion of your health history, symptoms and their physical (and possible nervous system / neurological / emotional) causes and impact. 

  • Whole body analysis using manual muscle testing, functional anatomy assessment screens and trigger point massage

  • Personalised movement and lifestyle programme, tailored to your needs

  • Additional videos to help you implement the programme into your everyday life

  • Update to your plan and review of progress 

  • Sessions to be taken within 2 months

Immersive Programme - £400:

This programme has been designed to support you fully with your healing, ideally sessions are taken regularly, weekly or bi-weekly.
 

  • 1 x 90 minute initial session

  • 5 x 60 minute sessions

  • In depth in-take and discussion of your health history, symptoms and their physical (and possible nervous system / neurological / emotional) causes and impact. We will revisit at various stages of the programme to update.

  • Whole body analysis using manual muscle testing, functional anatomy assessment screens and trigger point massage

  • Personalised movement and lifestyle programme, tailored to your needs

  • Additional videos, mp3s and information sheets to help you implement the programme into your everyday life

  • Continual updates to your plan and review of progress 

  • Email and text support

  • Sessions to be taken within 3 months
