Pilates Matwork Classes

I offer a weekly, in person, small group Pilates matwork class for all abilities.

Pilates matwork classes are held at the beautiful Studio at 39 which is located within the grounds of a private residence in South Croydon. The studio is at the edge of the Bramley Bank Nature Reserve; and is surrounded by trees, birds and nature. It's a calm and welcoming space to practise Pilates, with only 9 places available in each class you are guaranteed lots of individual guidance and support.
