Hey local friends! I have a few spaces left in my Wednesday 1.30pm Pilates matwork class held at the beautiful Studio @ 39 in South Croydon.
The new 6 week term starts on Wednesday 17th April.
All abilities are very welcome! There will be a focus on remedial Pilates and functional movement to support injury rehab/prevention, back pain management as well as improve overall strength and flexibility.
The studio is located at the edge of the Bramley Bank Nature Reserve and is surrounded by trees, birds and nature - it’s a calm and welcoming space, perfect for practising Pilates!
There are limited spaces and so you are guaranteed lots of individual guidance, hands on assistance (if requested) and support.
