Reformer Exercise - Knee Stretches

Knee Stretches on the Reformer: curved, flat & knees off.

Although part of the plank series and classically you would perform them in the middle of the series, I find Knee Stretches a great way to introduce people to the harder plank variations we do on the reformer such as Long Stretch and Up Stretch. They require total control through your core as well as strengths and stability through the pelvis and legs and I love that the different spinal positions make each variation feel completely different.
