I offer bespoke, in-depth one-to-one movement sessions tailored to your individual needs.

Grounded in science but with a holistic approach to the whole person, each session includes intuitive, hands-on techniques, movement strategies and lifestyle suggestions to maximise your healing and progress.

Using a unique blend of Pilates (utilising the reformer, trapeze table and small props), corrective exercise strategies and breathing techniques as well as neurocentric manual muscle testing, functional anatomy assessments and trigger point massage, I will help you find balance, restore function and well-being within your body.
Private sessions take place at a purpose built, fully equipped studio and utilise the reformer, trapeze table and small props. The sessions are ideal for anyone choosing Pilates, corrective exercise and functional movement for treating back pain, injuries, chronic musculoskeletal conditions and women's health issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor conditions and menopause.
