Welcome to Jude Keren Pilates!


I offer private studio sessions using the reformer, trapeze table and small props. Following a series of assessments, the sessions are tailored to you and your body. Private sessions are ideal for anyone choosing Pilates and movement for treating back pain, injuries, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, post-natal issues or to accelerate your results. Weekly group Pilates matwork classes are currently available in-person at the Assembly Halls, West Wickham, Kent and online via Zoom. Group Pilates classes are popular with students who want to attend a regular, weekly class. Please visit the Pilates matwork page for further information. 


With both private Pilates sessions and group classes you can expect to gain better posture and alignment, mobility, strength, core stability and functionality in your body.

My new online 4 week - Body Mind Movement programme for healing from back pain - is available now.  During this programme you will be given life long techniques to address your back pain, move better and feel amazing. You will learn to realign your body, create good core and spinal stability as well as better postural and movement patterns.
